Always stay at this hotel, no regrets. Staff helped with finding transport on first visit. Has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, Picnic area. Coming back for New Year.

The dining terrace had jaw-dropping lake views, and the food was mind-blowingly delicious. The location was superb, and the staff were super helpful and nice. The chef's cooking was excellent, and we can't wait to visit again next year!

We had a blast exploring the surroundings and trying out all the activities available like cycling, fishing, and hiking. The hotel's location was super convenient, with everything we wanted to do just a stone's throw away. The best part was that all children under 6 years were welcome, which made it even more fun for our group of friends.

The only thing we wished for was a happening party scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome to have some lively events or a cool club where we could dance the night away.

The chef was extremely helpful with the menu and the meals were excellent. The dining terrace offered stunning views of the lake for dinner and breakfast. The location of the hotel was ideal and the staff at the dining room and front desk were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely consider returning next year.

Great value, excellent restaurant, and decent hotel. I loved the fact that there was no phone in the room as it made for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel is located near fantastic attractions like Termalpark Sirava aquapark, Kamenec night lift, and the Kaluza pools. The ongoing renovations added to the charm, and the tennis courts on the grounds were a bonus. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and the internet worked flawlessly. The dining terrace provided breathtaking views of the surroundings, and the meals served were delicious. Despite a few drawbacks like a small and uncomfortable room with a substandard bathroom, I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Merkur. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The Vinné Lake was just a quick drive away, perfect for a refreshing dip. And the free WiFi was a lifesaver for scrolling through social media while waiting for the non-existent phone in my room to ring.
